At OncoCareLine, our team of board certified, licensed and actively practicing oncologists and nurse practitioners are here to offer non-emergency telehealth care during after office hours, when our adult patients need help the most.

Clinical consultations (currently only available to residents in Texas)
Triage & Symptom Assessment: Evaluating symptoms to determine the urgency of care and guiding patients on next steps.
Pain Management: Virtual consultations to adjust pain medications and recommend pain relief strategies (prescriptions provided case by case).
Nausea & Vomiting Control: Adjusting anti-nausea medications and suggesting lifestyle changes.
Fatigue Management: Strategies to manage fatigue and optimize energy levels.
Skin Care & Rashes: Guidance on managing skin reactions from chemotherapy or radiation.
Chemotherapy Side Effects: Support for issues like mouth sores, digestive problems, or appetite changes.
Medication Adjustments: Monitoring and adjusting cancer treatments and supportive medications.
Supportive Therapies: Monitoring blood counts and discussing supportive care like anti-anxiety or antidepressant medications.
Supplements & Hydration: Advice on vitamins, supplements, and hydration during treatment.
Care Coordination: Communicating with oncology providers to ensure seamless care.
Palliative Care: Telehealth support for symptom management, including pain, nausea, and breathlessness.
Treatment & Test Education: Virtual sessions to explain treatment plans, side effects, lab results, and imaging studies.
End-of-Life Care Guidance: Information on hospice, advanced directives, and preparing for end-of-life decisions.
Additional Services
Non-Clinical Consultations – available to everyone
Patients can book expert consultations with experienced oncologists for non-medical advice, including understanding diagnoses, exploring treatment options, and long-term cancer care guidance.
After-Hours Oncology Support for Clinics & Hospitals
Ensure continuity of care for your cancer patients beyond regular office hours. OncoCareLine partners with clinics and hospitals to provide expert after-hours oncology support. Contact us at [email protected] to learn more.
We charge $100 per consultation (up to 30 min); $150 for consultations longer than 30 min up to 1 hour.
For patients who are not able to afford the cost, we offer a pay-what-you-can model.
If you are a patient at a local VA hospital or a DoD beneficiary, our services are free.
We are not able to reimburse your insurance at this time.
